Passengers traveling in this section are entitled to complimentary snacks and beverages as well as onboard entertainment.

Those flying EconoFlexon WestJet are entitled to complimentary beverages and snacks, onboard entertainment, standard seat selection, and change or cancellation fees for flights. The passengers here can also avail of extended comfort seats for a fee. These seats are in the front of the economy cabin and come with priority boarding, additional legroom, and early access to the bin space overhead.

If you are flying premium class in WestJet Airlines then you are entitled to additional leg and elbow room, 2x2 seating configurations, two checked bags, and food and beverages on flight. You would also enjoy priority boarding, early access to the bin overhead, and would be the first to exit the plane.

Baggage Policy

The passengers are entitled to carry 2 to 4 bags on WestJet flights. However, in the case of WestJet Encore the permissible limit is 2 to 3 bags. The number of bags allowed over 2 as well as the baggage fees required depend on your fare category as well as the benefit program of the airline.

The checked baggage must be within 157 centimeters and should not exceed 50 pounds. Oversized luggage, however, can exceed 157 cm in total combined dimension (length + width + height) but has to be less than 203 cm. Similarly, overweight luggage can exceed 51 pounds, but it should not be more than 100 pounds .For flights to and from Europe, overweight luggage can exceed 51 pounds but it should not be in access to 70 pounds for a fee.
